Dubli Success

As those involved with Dubli know, there was a big meeting for Dubli Sales Directors and above in Miami this weekend. We didn’t attend but just received an e-mail with some information. Here it is:

You are all probably waiting with bated breather to hear the news from Miami.

1. New position created at Senior vice President- 5 VPs somewhere in 5 legs.

First one there will receive New Bentley Cabriolet, Breitling Bentley Watch and $ 1 MILLION CASH! – All new SVP subsequently will recieve $ 1 MILLION CASH!

2. Global Platform November 1, 2009 That is right, you can sponsor anywhere in the world and they will ship the product to the customers in any country in the world!! The customers on the world-wide auctions will all contribute to the auction and the prices will drop like a rock.

3. DubLi Academy opens September 2009. Real Associate training with testing and certification.

4. North American Customer Service Center opens in Miami September 2009 with English and Spanish speaking staff!

5. DubLi Land in Cayman Brack is beginning construction for luxury residences exclusively for all DubLi VPs and SVPs. DubLi will finance. All new VPs for 2009 will recieve a lot at DubLi Land for FREE.

More to come…

Pretty exciting news. This will really get things moving! I want a lot in Dubli Land. (And $1 million!)

Dubli Cinch Experiences

We’re looking for information about using Cinch. We are going to start using it in the coming week and will post our results. In the meantime, please comment to this post with what you are experiencing.

I have to say I’m nervous about trying to get people to not only register at Dubli, but also install a new program on their computer that they are not familiar with. I know that this is why we really should call everyone that we send the Cinch to, and that is what we will do.

Giftcards for less than Face Value!

Exciting News! The Cinch program has launched to beta testers and should be released to all Dubli Business Associates in 7 to 10 days. It will be great to get a look at Cinch and see how it works, but the most important point of the Cinch launch is this: Its a clear message to all Business Associates to begin sending out their credits to attract customers. I know many associates have been waiting and ‘banking’ their credits in anticipation of the Cinch launch.

Well, its happening! Cinch beta testing associates have begun to send out credits and its having an effect already. Take a look at the Dubli Xpress Auction. In months past, there have only been about 4 or 5 pages of items on the auction. Today there are 7 pages. And if you tak a look at completed auctions, you’ll find that yesterday (the day of the beta Cinch launch) 10 different items sold. On the 28th, only 5 items sold.

Also, you’ll notice that there are many, many more gift cards available than in the past on the Xpress Auction. Where else can you get a $100 Mastercard Giftcard for less than $100? Where else can you get a $100 Mastercard Giftcard for $52.50 (plus shipping and a dulbi credit)?

If you haven’t tried out Dubli and want to, fill out the contact form and ask for some free credits. If you want to get in to the business side of Dubli (which is really fun and exciting), fill out the contact form and say that you are interested. Believe me , you want to get in as close to the Cinch launch as you can.

There are several bonus plans that are running concurrently right now that you can earn as a Dubli Business Associate. It gets a little complicated, so I thought I’d try to organize my thoughts and explain how they work.

$800 Cash Bonus Plan (Dog Days of Summer Promotion)

Required Dubli Organization Level: Any (TM, TL, TC, SD, &VP)

Required Package Purchased: Any (Gold, Silver, Bronze)

Bonus Time Period: June 1 – August 31, 2009 (but all qualification requirements must take place in any ONE calander month)

Details: As soon as any Dubli Business Associate signs 5 new business associates to their business (personally sponsored, on their frontline) they will have earned an extra $800 (apid the following month). This can be done each of the three months.

Extra Leader Bonus

Required Dubli Organization Level: TC, SD, &VP

Required Package Purchased: Any (Gold, Silver, Bronze)

Bonus Time Period: April 1 – August 31, 2009

Bonus Details: DubLi will pay an additional 20% bonus on top of your regular commissions. This is 20% on top of all income generated from the sale of product packages, partner programs, and shopping mall commissionable sales volume in your entire organization. (Does the $800 turn into $960 – don’t know.)

Quarterly Leader Bonus

Required Dubli Organization Level: TL, TC, SD, &VP

Required Package Purchased: Gold

Bonus Time Period: 2nd Quarter April 1st – June 30th; 3rd Quarter July 1st – September 30th; 4th Quarter October 1st – December 31st.

Bonus Details: OK, here’s how it works: If you are qualified, you get an extra 50% bonus on all Product Packages sold in your organization. In order to be qualified, you must be a TL or above AND have purchased a Gold package within 30 days of joining Dubli. Then, the last thing, you must personally sponsor at least three people AND have Product Package purchases from those you sponsor total at least $6,500. So, if you sponsor 3 and two are gold and one is bronze, in any of the quarters, you meet this qualification.The bonus is paid out the month following the last month of the quarter.

Special note to TMs: You must get to a TL level BEFORE you can qualify and you qualify the first month after you become a TL.

15% Extra Leadership Bonus on Shopping Mall Purchases

Required Dubli Organization Level: Any (TM.TL, TC, SD, &VP)

Required Package Purchased: Gold

Bonus Time Period: As long as you remain a Gold Member.

Bonus Details: As a Gold Member, you earn an extra 15% on a purchases from the shopping portal made by your personal customers.

When I began this venture and this blog, I knew nothing about blogging. So, as I went on, I found that I got a lot of spam comments. Some were really not nice and linked to places that I really didn’t wish to be linked to. (I know, I’m showing my ignorance.)
So, i basically turned off the comment function.
Well, I think I’ve incorporated enough spam defenses that i have now opened up the site to comments (if you are a human).
So, be nice and respectful, but I would now very much appreciate your comments. (Comments on how to even more effectively deal with spam would be especially nice on this post!)
I’ll be posting more on the Cinch program shortly!

New Bonus Program

My last post talked about an important conference call. I never updated my blog to reflect what it was all about. We’ve just been so busy getting info out to new prospects and getting new customers that I have neglected my blog.

The conference call was about the new bonus program. Its really exciting. The leadership bonus announced last month has been expanded to include Team Leader. Here’s how you qualify:

Purchase a Gold Product Package within 30 days of joining as a Dubli BA.
Attain title of Team Leader (which you will do if you meet the other requirements).
Personally sponsor a minimum of 3 new frontline BAs in the quarter (quarteres are calander: we are currently in the April, May, June quarter).
The new frontline BAs must purchase a total of $6,500 in Product Packages. This means two Gold packages and one Bronze, for example.

If you meet these qualifications in any quarter, you will receive a 50% bonus on all earnings during that quarter! This is really huge!

BTW, this bonus program is in addition to the other monthly bonus program: Sponsor at least 5 frontline BAs who purchase either a Bronze, Silver or Gold Product package and you will receive an $800 bonus. (If you do this, and are a Gold member, then you automatically qualify for the first bonus and your $800 bonus is actually $800 + $400 = $1,200. (This in addition to all of the commission you made – and 50% extra on top of that!)
